What is 45 with Ease?
45 with ease was created as a way for me to participate in 75 hard without feeling burnt out and guilty for not going hardcore into a challenge. I ended up modifying the 75 hard program for myself slowly overtime. It was a way for me to sustainably integrate discipline and wellness into my everyday life and see results in my connection to mind/body/soul. Lo and I did this modified version in March of this year and I was really proud of how we showed up for ourselves each day!
I’ve decided to approach the program again with the intention of ease over hard and with the intention of showing up everyday vs having guilt for not pushing myself past my limits.
45 with ease isn’t meant to be a one size fits all. In the trello board, I created a template that I follow based on my intentions of daily movement, meditation, and creativity. A few friends, former colleagues, and lovely humans I met through IG have joined us this go around. They have the freedom to do their own thing or follow what I have done! What I really love is how inspired everyone is by each individual’s approach to the challenge. The purpose of sharing this is to have accountability and not feel alone on our wellness journey!
The daily tasks for me:
At least 5 minutes of mindfulness
At least 1-3 pages of journaling
Reading for 20 minutes
No alcohol (practicing sober curious)
2 Movements of at least 10-45 minutes
1/2 Gallon of water
Following a meal plan
Most of my recipes come from The Whole Experience and their Project You program that I participated in last year- this program is no longer available, but you can check out their website for their amazing worldwide wellness retreats and small group coaching programs.
Fun fact: I was an affiliate for them last year when they offered this program and I was also one of their fitness models for their website! WILD!
Most of my meditations this time around are from Insight Timer & Sarah Blondin
The tools I use for this challenge are the Trello App, the goodnotes app for my digital bullet journaling. I purchased the mid-year planner from GoodMondays. I filled it out using my Apple Pencil (handwriting font/scribble feature on) and the stickers I made in Canva.
