We are over the hustle hype that happens at the end of December and beginning of January.
The big pushes to join the gym, buy the course, create a new life are less invasive now.
Now, there is a little more time for stillness. A little more time to check in with what your heart, soul, body truly desires. Less targeted ads, more listening to what your intuition is calling for.
Journal time!
Get pen/pencil & paper and listen to aunty Erykah and actually write it down. Take a few moments and check in with that inner knowing.
Set your space with some gentle music

Enhance your sense of safety with aromatics
light a candle, incense, or put a few drops of lavender essence in your diffuser. Get cozy and comfy and set a timer for about 10-15 minutes.
