The Updated version now has 7 questions around memorable moments, lessons learned, and all of the same questions from above, but now it has some look at ways to shift our thinking about envy and self-care. It also has 5 prompts for list-making that will hopefully cultivate a bit of joy throughout your reflection process. It definitely provided me with some giggles!
